Hatteras Fishing Report for 9/28/2016--  Blackfins yellowfins wahoos and sailfish a little bit of everything for us today. Pretty conditions and some quality bites. Pulled off several more wahoos this morning on the high speed and got bit off at the lead by a big one too. Found a few yellowfins out in the deep then picked at the blackfins on the rocks.
