The Outerbanks Swell Info link provides a pretty accurate forecast for swell out 6 days.  While it doesn't give you any wind forecasts it will show you long period swells that sometimes the wind forecast sites don't take into account which can make it alot rougher offshore than a 5-10 wind forecast was calling for.  This link is especially useful during hurricane and tropical storm season.
