The Wind Guru link is a quick 7 day forecast all on one page that helps give you an idea of the week aheads weather.  It tends to over estimate the wind though.  The website is a windsurfing website, and I think they try and get everyone excited about windsurfing by forecasting a bit more wind than what we actually get.  It is pretty accurate typically on wind direction and times of the wind shifts however.  Its a good link to glance at if you don't have time to dig into the other weekly forecast links.
