Haven't posted much lately but we have been busy commercial fishing. Not the best king mackerel season but there have been just enough around to pick along. I want to thank everyone that fished with us this year. 2015 was a great year and we hope to see you again in 2016. Fishing finally cooled off a bit here today. We manged to scrap out a decent catch of dolphins but there weren't many bites around the fleet today. The weather was perfect though and it's starting to cool off quite a bit. It was 54 degrees when I got in my truck this morning. The cooler weather should get the wahoos going again. Starting to feel like king mackerel season is almost here

More great fishing for our make up charter today. We found all the dolphin we needed this morning then spent the day looking for a marlin or a wahoo. We jumped off a sailfish and missed another one but we found the wahoos this afternoon. Plenty of action pulled off or missed more than we caught. More wahoo action today. Had quite a few high speed and regular trolling bites. Held on to 5 before we got the word to head in early. The grass was starting to come together this afternoon and a few boats found the dolphins pretty good. Hopefully it will be lined up for us tomorrow. More great wahoo action this morning. We had quite a few bites and held onto 6 before we got an early dismissal as a couple of the guys weren't feeling too well. We probably only fished a couple hours before heading in. Plenty of wahoos around and we have plenty of open days available. Give us a call before they are gone.

Beautiful day on the water with plenty of action. We had a ton of wahoo bites today and managed to hang on to 7 and a few gaffers as well. The grass was scattered everywhere but other than that it was a perfect day. We have a few days open this coming week and the weather looks slick calm. Plenty choppy offshore today. My group wanted to try it and we caught a couple gaffers and some bailers before they decided they didn't want to be there anymore. Was plenty fishable and the boats that stayed had some wahoo and dolphin bites. Even a few sails caught as well. Weather should be beautiful next couple days and we have some days available. Pretty good wahoo fishing today until the weather turned ugly. We landed 4 out of 10 or so bites before the wind rain lightning and water spouts chased us back to the dock. Caught a little blackfin in the middle of the wahoo action as well. September is coming and we have alot of open days still. Wahoo fishing should be great so give us a call. We can put together make up groups if you don't have enough to fill the boat. $200 a person.

Wahoos didn't bite as good today bit we manged to catch one really nice one 55lbs. The dolphins showed back up and we were able to catch a limit by the end of the day. Had a 300lb blue marlin inhale a teaser but never came back and looked at anything else. Guess we'll have to put hooks in that one next time. Another great day of fishing here in Hatteras.
