The marlins bit today but our captain couldn't hook one. We had a small 150-200lb blue marlin all over our spread and I thought I had him dead to rights on a pretty short shotgun bite but I only got about a 3 sec pull out of him. We did have quite a few wahoo bites in shallow and scrapped out a couple bailers for a decent catch of meat for spending most of the day in the deep looking for a billfish. It was a beautiful day offshore as well with just enough breeze to not be so hot.
